Once you've created a step and some forms, it's good practice to dive into the Data Catalog and verify what you've built is consistent and correctly used in your care flow.
Read up on the content and type of data captured here, or watch a short video.
Data point details
The data catalog overview allows you to browse through all data collected throughout the lifecycle of a care flow. Clicking on a specific data point drills deeper into the details of this data point i.e. where exactly it is collected - in which track(s), step(s) and action(s) - and to which stakeholder is it presented (in case of forms).
Clicking on the hyperlinks of these columns will bring you to the exact location so you can alter your data right away.
Configure data points as PII
Facilitate compliance with HIPAA, GDPR and other privacy regulation. Mark data points as PII (Personal Identifiable Information) to make it visible for the whole organization.
Add meta data to your captured data points
You can add metadata to every data point collected to enrich it with e.g. clinical coding like SNOMED, LOINC codes or even your in-house coding system and keep your data consistent across the board.
Copy your export
Share your data export with the right team members by simply clicking on the Export button and copy the data into your file of choice. The export is currently available in a JSON format, which can be easily imported into Excel.
Example of the exported JSON structure, representing the Patient's "sex" data point, which is marked as PII and appended with a SNOMED code:
