When you add a Phone number element to a form to capture a stakeholder's contact information during an onboarding or intake care flow, you'll likely want to control the country code configuration based on your active region.
Add & configure your phone element settings
Open an existing form or create a new form
Add a phone number element to your form by dragging it from the side bar into the central area
Once added, configure your field settings on the right-hand side,
Set a default country code: define which country code is set by default for users who enter your care flow.
Set the allowed list of country codes: define which country codes are allowed in case you operate in multiple countries
