A care flow may consist of repetitive components, such as an email sent on Day 1, Day 3, and Day 5, or a validated questionnaire repeated over the span of a treatment.

Speed up the process of building your care flow by reusing steps across different tracks.

Note this article covers utilizing Your own composed library, though head over to this article to read up on the use of the Recommended stepsπŸ‘€.

How to modify and remove steps from your library.

Sometimes a step in your library needs a little update before you want to add it to different tracks or you just want to remove it from the library completely.

  • Click "Browse step library" on the canvas

    • To modify a step in the library:

Double click on the step you want to modify and the step menu opens in the right side pane which you can then edit.

    • To remove from the library:

Click on the trash can icon next to the step you want to remove from the library.

⚠️ Modifying steps in your library, does not change the already existing steps on your canvas.
