Once you log into the Awell Platform and navigate to Design, you land on the Care flow Overview Page - the home of all your care flows.

In this view you can see three separate lists:

  • My care flows: these are the care flows created by your fellow team mates within your organization, available for you to edit, publish, and push live to enroll patients. If this overview is empty, head over to the article on how to create your first care flow, and then multiply your efforts and variations from there with care flow duplication.

  • My form library: the list of forms that are created in your organization across all existing care flows. Forms are a special concept and are shared items, meaning that one single form can be used in multiple different care flows at the same time. Do note that any edits to a form will affect all care flows that use it.

  • Template care flows: template care flows are pre-designed by the Awell team, serving as examples of proper care flow design and providing developers with ready-made care flows for testing purposes.
